A little information about what we are doing here

What is the CC Toolkits project?

CC Toolkits is an ongoing initiative of Creative Commons (CC) to connect and extend the work of CC's Global Affiliate Network through resource sharing about the importance of CC. We're running global events and collecting useful, shareable, openly-licensed media that tell the story of CC.

What can I do with the CC Toolkits?

Each toolkit is simply a webpage that can be shared as-is, in whole or in pieces, remixed to help you share the word about CC. We're building out a starter set of toolkits to cover major domains where CC licenses play an important role, and will be adding features to help help visitors find and share useful resources as we go along.

Why are you building toolkits?

The expertise in the CC Community is broad and deep, though it can be difficult to find useful media that explain CC in various contexts. This is an attempt to aggregate, curate, and remix content that do this well, so we can better share what we know about opening up content with CC.
